Inspired by letterpress case drawers, I wanted to make something that would feel like those dear old objects without being constrained by their drawer-ness. Something to hold all your tiny treasures and beach finds, without actually taking any drawers for type out of commission. The eves of this little house are decorated with "snickarglädje" or "woodworker's delight" (commonly "gingerbread trim" in English), a feature on many homes in our area of Sweden. The rows of 2.5 cm squares are ideal for a button pin collection or a gathering of perfect pebbles. What would you put in it?
